Dr. Chiu Tzu-Yin
CEO of Zing
Dr. Chiu Tzu-Yin got the Doctoral Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an executive MBA from Columbia University. Since May 2019, he has been serving as CEO of Zing. He had served in executive positions across the semiconductor industry, including Senior Vice President and COO of Hua Hong International Management, President of Hua Hong Semiconductor International, President and COO of Silterra Malaysia, President and CEO of Hua Hong NEC. During 2011-2017, he was CEO and Executive Director of SMIC.
