Established in 2014, Zing has undertaken the “Development and Industrialization of 300mm Silicon Wafers for 40-28nm Integrated Circuit Manufacturing” project. It is the first industrialized 300mm wafer company in China.
NSIG formed a holding interest in Zing in July 2016 by capital increase and share assignment of the original shareholder of Zing.
