In March 2019, Haitong Securities Company and NSIG signed “Coaching Agreement for the initial public offering of shares and listing between Haitong Securities Company Limited and National Silicon Industry Group”. On March 14, 2019, the counseling agency submited the registration materials of NSIG to the Shanghai Securities Regulatory Bureau, and NSIG officially entered the tutoring procedure.
